I wanted to just post part of the lyrics to this song... but I just can't pick out any one verse that I like... I like it all. I was listening to music as I was cleaning... and this song just hit me like a ton of bricks. I could just envision Shawn hearing this from someone new in my life and feeling badly for the way he has treated me... and in some way, I really just want him to feel pain like have... even if it is the pain of realizing what he had once it's too late.
It makes me long for some special man to come into my life, look at me and say, "oh man, how could he have treated you like that? I'll never hurt you..." Maybe someday...
